"I feel an angel, Actually, a little angel" She is Franca Settembrini. She is an Italian artist. She is a great artist. She was born in 1947 in a very poor family. She lived in different Asylums between drugs, meds and electroshocks. One day, she started a painting class. She never stopped painting. She passed away in October 2003. "The Black Wings" tells the life of Franca Settembrini, a lonely woman that found her liberation through art.
